Its rich history began in the early 1920s when the Swedberg Funeral Home originally operated out of a local hardware store in downtown Webster. In 1931, the business relocated to the historic Larabee house on Highway 35, and during the 1970s, a brand-new funeral home was constructed adjacent to the old one, which was then converted into a duplex for the Swedberg families. An additional expansion in the 1980s allowed the funeral home to better meet the growing needs of the community. In 1993, Ray and Jack Swedberg sold the funeral home to Pat Taylor, fulfilling their longstanding wish to keep the business family-owned and operated. Today, Pat Taylor continues that tradition, ensuring every family receives personalized, attentive care.
