By 1940, the business moved to its current location at 118 South 2nd Street, where it operated under the partnership of O'Brien and Betzer, later becoming solely owned by Robert S. Betzer. The family tradition continued with Robert Gray Betzer joining in 1969 and taking ownership until his retirement in 2021. In 2021, Robert G. Betzer transferred ownership to Steven Lazarczyk, ensuring the continuation of compassionate, locally-owned service.
