Robert Spearing III, a graduate of Stevens Preparatory School and the American Academy of Embalming and Mortuary Research, brought extensive experience to the enterprise. Having served in the 42nd Rainbow Infantry Division during World War II, he developed a profound expertise in veteran affairs, a specialty that remains a hallmark of the funeral home's services to this day.

Robert and his wife, Lillian, managed the business while residing on the premises, dedicating themselves to serving families during their most difficult times. A graduate of the American Academy of Mortuary Instruction (AAMI) in 1984, Lillian obtained her funeral director's license and began working alongside her father in 1985. She continues to uphold the family tradition alongside her sisters Donna and Christina, ensuring that each family receives compassionate, personalized care.
