The history of Myers Funeral Home is rooted in family dedication. Bruce and Linda Myers opened the original Myers Funeral Home in Markle, Indiana, in 1972. Seven years later, a large chapel was added to the Markle location to better serve the community. Recognizing the need for expanded services, the Huntington chapel opened in 1987, quickly becoming a landmark facility in northeast Indiana. After a change in ownership in 1997, the interior was fully redecorated, and Bruce and Linda retired in the summer of 1998.
