After the EUB congregation merged with the United Methodist Church, the building was purchased by the Reorganized Latter Day Saints congregation before being acquired by Jimmy R. Brown, who lovingly converted it into Brown Funeral Home. The original bell from the building was donated to the Eads United Methodist Church, where it still rings today, evoking cherished memories for locals.
